- Application documents can be uploaded online or sent to Admissions@sshk.edu.hk.
- Official transcripts or report cards of the two latest academic years, including the current year.
- A questionnaire must be completed by the child's current class teacher.
Entry Assessment
- Pupils applying to SSHK undergo an interview and performance assessment prior to admission.
- The admission process includes an English proficiency test.
- The admission process includes a Math baseline assessment.
School Fees

Year 1 to 4 Tuition
HK$115,000 annual tuition, or HK$11,500 paid in 10 instalments.
Year 5 and 6 Tuition
HK$125,000 annual tuition, or HK$12,500 paid in 10 instalments.
Year 7 to 9 Tuition
HK$145,000 annual tuition, or HK$14,500 paid in 10 instalments.
Capital Levy
For 2025-2026, subject to EDB approval: annual HK$15,000 or one-off primary-only HK$80,000.
Fee Policies

SSHK publishes practical fee rules so families understand monthly tuition, direct debit, capital levy and withdrawal notice expectations.
Tuition fees are due on the first day of each month.
Direct debit is mandatory for all students and the authorisation form is provided on registration day or by email.
Statements of account are sent monthly; payment receipts are available upon request.
If fee payments are overdue, students may be excluded from school until outstanding fees are fully repaid.
Fees remain payable if a student goes on leave during term time.
If a student leaves or is admitted part way through the school year, attendance on any day in a month renders school fees payable for that whole month.
For withdrawal, families should send a withdrawal letter to admin@sshk.edu.hk at least three calendar months before the last attendance date.
For end-of-year withdrawal, the school requires notice on or before 1 April.

A Financial Assistance Scheme is available for families facing financial hardship due to a sudden and unexpected change in circumstances.
Tuition Grant Scheme
SSHK offers a Tuition Grant Scheme for Spanish and Hispanic nationals who enrol at the school. The grant covers monthly tuition fees only and students receiving the grant do not receive sibling discount.
Scholarship Scheme
The Scholarship Scheme recognises academic excellence, talents beyond academia and well-rounded student development. All students are eligible.
Tuition Grant Details
- Applicants must complete the Tuition Grant Scheme application form.
- Applicants must be native Spanish speakers from Spain or Hispanic countries.
- The grant covers monthly tuition fee only.
- Students receiving the grant do not receive sibling discount.
- Eligible passport holders include Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Equatorial Guinea, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Spain, Uruguay and Venezuela.
Scholarship Criteria
- The scheme advocates academic excellence across the curriculum.
- It recognises talents beyond academia and promotes well-rounded development.
- It fosters community spirit and leadership potential.
- All students are eligible for the scholarship scheme.
- Academic scholarships require an Outstanding final grade in the relevant subject.
- Sports, Music and Art applications should showcase achievements such as awards from outside competitions within the academic year.
- Community service applications should demonstrate achievement and commitment in recognised charity or NGO service.
- In general, community service award recipients should obtain at least 100 hours of voluntary service.
